We had a unique situation of not just wanting to buy a property from a different state, but we actually lived out of the country. Hattie was always incredibly responsive to any of my texts or calls. And she was willing to quickly go to a property to do a video tour for us. In this market, this responsiveness is critical.
It was such a pleasure to work with someone who still knows what customer service is!
